DND - How to identify Bulk SMS Sender by the Sender Code

Now a days we are getting a lot of SMS from different companies. Sometimes we do not know which company sent this SMS.Below are the ways to easily identify the sender.

As per TRAI regulation first character denotes the provider while second character denotes the region name in India.

For example if you got the SMS from sender LM-ICICIB that means this message being sent from ICICI Bank through BPL Mumbai.

Complain for unwanted SMS or calls in DND - Do not disturb service complain

If you got the SMS from sender AM-HDFCB, It means HDFC Bank had sent this SMS through Airtel Mumbai..Here are the list of service providers and regions available in India.
