Google Apps - Server error when creating first time admin | administrator account

We get the Google Apps - Server error when we try to go about creating the admin account for our domain first time. We try a lot of things, we do some analysis but again same error. We try to go through the reset password link.. But we do not know the username.

But really it is very simple to do this. The only thing is that google had not provided the communication about our username.

Actually by default google provides the "bloggeradmin" as the username for our new domain admin.
So, our full username/email is like bloggeradmin@

For example username will be "bloggeradmin@abc.com" for domain abc.com

So, now we can easily reset our password of Google Apps if got our user name.
